is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is on the Financial Services Register

How we treat customers fairly?

Our business is fully committed to treating our customers fairly and ensuring our products and

What services do we provide?

We are a credit broker, not a lender. We compare multiple lenders to help you find the best rate

available from our panel. We will work with you to identify your needs and provide you with the

available options to enable you to make an informed decision.

Will you have to pay for our services?

Our services are completely free to the customer. We receive a fixed fee commission per finance

agreement from the lender, or we receive a commission based on a percentage of the total amount of

finance taken. This will not affect the interest rate offered or the total amount repayable. The products

we offer you is not dependent on commission rates, but the most affordable and suitable option to

yourself.

Affordability

It is important you can afford the finance that is being offered to you. We will only offer you products

deemed affordable based on the financial information provided by yourself. Please consider all your

income, outgoings, and realistic disposable income before you enter into a finance agreement.

Consider any potential changes in finance that may occur in the lifetime of your agreement that may

affect affordability. If you are unsure about any aspect of the process do not hesitate to ask us

questions. You can also receive independent financial support from charities such as Stepchange

(www.stepchange.org) or Payplan (payplan.com) if you start to struggle to make your repayments
